Food is anything that has a balanced nutritional content, contains fiber and substances that the body needs for the process of growth and development. People must have visited a food business in their respective area, even oustside the area, where a food business can determine the quality of the food itself. One of problems that occur in people who lack awareness and knowledge in assessing a good place of business. There are many factors that form the basis of the assessment to state the level of customer satisfaction in terms of location, facilities, services, and comfort in the place of business. In this study I created a decision support system in the assessment of food establishments based on the level of customer satisfaction with public services using the copras method. where this method is used in the process of ranking the food business premises.
