There is no food that actually Lumaslim burns fat when you eat it. However, there are foods that you can eat to help lose fat and maintain a healthy weight. First, let's take a look at the types of food that should be avoided or significantly cut back on. The main one being refined sugar. Many people forget how much sugar is in every day foods that you wouldn't suspect. These foods are known as simple carbs and are typically eaten in excess and at almost every meal. They include items such as white bread, pasta, and baked goods (cookies, cake, pies, etc.) Let's not forget beverages as well. Soda has tons of sugar, cafe mochas, and some health smoothies contain sorbet. If you think about your average meal, you may find that you are consuming a lot of sugar. Breakfast usually consists of some type of bread like a bagel or muffin. Lunch may be a sandwich, fries, or chips. Snacks could be cafe mochas and cookies. Dinner may be pasta and more bread. See how easily these types of food add up in just one day? On top of that, if you are not burning them, they are stored as fat. This why it seems like you may be exercising but unable to lose weight.
