A glass of orange juice or apple juice is a great way to begin your mornings. Organically grown green vegetables are good for the heart, especially when eaten raw. Any vegetable would make a good choice, but those that are rich in fiber would be better. Fiber helps in a big way in keeping cholesterol levels down and facilitates the sweeping of toxins out of the body.
