Rugs have been made by hand using conventional methods for centuries. The majority of individuals fall for these beautiful floor pieces as they walk through the souks ( standard markets) throughout Morocco. Most of the souks are found in the old cities in the country, where conventional rug weavers offer their pieces to the general public.
