Unfortunately, the next morning while my family would be downstairs having breakfast, laughing and loving life, I would crawl to the bathroom from my bed immersed in pain.Looking back, it makes perfect sense. I had no idea at the time that food was the cause of my pain and when did I eat the most? During the holidays. Read every label on your meats carefully. If you see the words "basted, extra tender or juicy" written on your holiday turkey label it may contain a 15% toxic solution.
