Sonus Complete

I guess you may now be a bit Sonus Complete bewildered because in previous articles I have recommended music as a useful part of your tinnitus relief program. And it is and I still do recommend it because this is one way to help you keep calm or not stressed. It is only the music you use as a masker that should be neutral emotionally. If rock music helps you relax after a tough day that is perfect for that job, though perhaps not as you begin your daily relaxation therapy, and certainly not as a masker. If you're suffering with ringing ears and tinnitus, you've probably already sought some type of relief from the symptoms. Perhaps you've even seen your doctor and have been told there's not much that can be done, and that you'll just have to live with it. While it's true there's no magic potion or pill we can take to quiet our ringing ears, there are a number of steps we can take as far as prevention goes to make sure we're doing all we can not to aggravate our condition. The first thing we can do is not put ourselves in any noisy environments. These conditions tend to aggravate our tinnitus symptoms. Use earplugs or earmuffs when appropriate, such as leaf blowing or mowing the lawn. This simple act can go a long way towards preventing tinnitus from happening, or not making out ringing ears any worse. Another thing we can do involves changing our diet. The use of caffeine, alcohol and salt seem to have an affect on our tinnitus symptoms, so any reduction in our daily intake of these items would help with our ringing ears.
