Meridian Health Protocol

Contentment- To be content doesn't mean there is no Meridian Health Protocol room for improvement and that you don't want to do better. It simply means that you are at peace with the way things are. You are going to do more, and learn more, but, at the present moment, you have 'inside' joy.Peace of Mind- Peace of mind is knowing in your heart that everything is alright between you and God, and you and your fellowman. If it isn't, you have the power to change that...an 'inside' joy.Love- Love is a choice. I tell my children, "You don't fall in love." "You fall in 'mud puddles".' You chose to love someone. You can chose to love or not love someone...again, an 'inside' joy. Now! If you are not happy, you can do something about it. That is your choice. Not happy with your circumstances? Change them. Not content? Learn how to be. No peace of mind? Get your heart right, and you will find peace of mind. No love? You must first learn to love yourself. When you truly learn to love yourself, it will be easy to love others. The problem with what we call 'sin', or missing the mark, is the letter in the middle of the word... "I". That is an 'inside' job also. You are welcome to comment or ask questions. I would enjoy hearing from you. The human ego is like a chained up dog. It is always hungry, and it depends on others to feed it. Go a day without social validation and you will feel deep pains of starvation in your soul. It's as though the little man or woman inside encounters others with a silent plea, "Tell me I'm okay." Not receiving the desired affirmation is painful enough. But what happens when we receive subtle or not-so-subtle indicators that someone thinks we are not okay-that we are not enough? The chained up dog will start to growl, bite, or hang its head in silent shame.
