On many occasions it is popularly heard "I have sugar", but all people have sugar in the blood because it is the main source of energy for normal body functions. Without glucose, cells cannot function. The sugar or glucose in the blood is a reflection of the contributions they make the food we eat after ingested quickly turn into sugar. And on the other part of the glucose that is consumed or expended by the different organs.
